  • 15-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns: Within 15 days of delivery, if the product is unused, with all accessories included and original packaging intact, you may request a return or exchange for any reason.

  • 30-Day Price Protection: Within 30 days of your purchase, if the official price of the same product decreases, you may submit a valid proof of purchase to request a refund of the price difference.

3. Limited Warranty Promise

  • Warranty Period: ROMESON products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase (some accessories may have different terms, as specified in the product documentation). This reflects our confidence in their engineered longevity and reliability.

  • Warranty Coverage: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products purchased through ROMESON official or authorized channels, with valid proof of purchase. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • What Is Not Covered:

    1. Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance.

    2. Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, maintenance, or failure to follow product instructions.

    3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, force majeure, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

    4. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). ROMESON’s liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

4. Modular Service & Upgrade Care
Our service philosophy mirrors our modular design approach:

  • Targeted Repair: In the event of a malfunction, diagnosis and replacement are typically limited to the specific affected module—ensuring a fast, efficient, and environmentally conscious repair process. We provide online troubleshooting guides to help you preliminarily identify issues.

  • In-Warranty Service: For failures covered under warranty, we provide free repair or module replacement.

  • Out-of-Warranty Care: For issues outside the warranty period or resulting from accidental damage, we offer fairly priced repair services. In line with our sustainability commitment, we strive to provide component support for legacy models where possible.

  • Performance Evolution Program: For older products, we may periodically offer upgrade promotions to newer modules, allowing your system to evolve continuously and extend its performance life.

5. Service Process

  • Initiate a Request: Submit a service request online via the ROMESON website or app, or contact customer support with your order information and a description of the issue.

  • Diagnosis & Authorization: Our Technical Support Team will assist with diagnosis. If repair requires shipping, a prepaid shipping label will be provided for in-warranty cases; out-of-warranty shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Repair & Return: Once service is complete, the product will be returned to you. Replaced faulty components become the property of ROMESON. Repaired or replaced modules are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days from the repair date, whichever is longer.
